LP-100 is retained only as an unadopted concept reference. The label and allocation imagery in earlier drafts described an idea; they did not establish supply, backing, distributions, reserve, yield, holder rights or a claim on revenue. Nothing is offered to buy or stake.
Before any such concept could become an offer it would need a lawful issuer and defined rights, adopted rules for creation, transfer and distribution, a substantiated and independently verified reserve, and a separately adopted specification under the applicable authority. None of that exists here.
